Through our long-standing partnership with the NDC, Everiii acts as the lead operator for Startup Island TAIWAN, serving as the primary bridge connecting Taiwan's vibrant startup ecosystem to the world via our strategic hubs in Tokyo, Seoul, and Silicon Valley.

Beyond our public sector initiatives, Everiii & Partners has strategically expanded its private consultancy with a dedicated Entertainment Tech (Ent-Tech) division. Amanda Liu

Founder, Everiii & Partners Consulting

Amanda Liu is a multifaceted leader at the intersection of technological innovation and social impact. As the Founder of Everiii & Partners Consulting, she specializes in driving innovation transformation, assisting government agencies and enterprises in achieving their strategic innovation goals.

Since 2015, Amanda has been deeply involved in numerous government entrepreneurship initiatives. She is a Managing Partner of Startup Island TAIWAN, the nation's flagship startup brand, and serves as the General Convener for the National Science and Technology Council's (NSTC) "From IP to IPO" program, where she focuses on the internationalization and market incubation of high-potential startups.

In the realm of social impact, Amanda previously served as the CEO of the Yonglin Foundation (founded by Foxconn founder Terry Gou). During her tenure, she spearheaded island-wide after-school tutoring programs and launched the "Foxconn Scholarship," Taiwan's largest educational grant project, benefiting over 100,000 students.

Beyond her consulting and philanthropic work, Amanda brings an extensive background in media and marketing. Her career includes roles as a TV journalist, Vice President of a tech startup, and Group Account Director at Ogilvy, where she managed prestigious international brands such as Nokia, Samsung, LVMH, and Costco.

A respected voice in personal development, she is the author of The Racetrack of Life: Be Brave to Try, Be Brave to Quit. Her communication excellence was further recognized by a nomination for Best Host in an Educational and Cultural Program at the 58th Golden Bell Awards for Radio.
